We were traveling from Myrtle Beach to Gatlinburg when our information light came on showing "charging system". It was about 3:00 pm and Jeff was able to get us in for an evaluation which detected a bad alternator. It was looking like it may be difficult to find an alternator and get it replaced before the end of the work day. However, Jeff went above and beyond to find an alternator, go and pick it up, and get it replaced before 5:30. We were beyond happy and appreciative. The guys were so kind and professional and we would highly recommend their services.
